Impact Report '24–'25: A reflection on two years that helped us reaffirm our mission
This Impact Report grew out of the need to pause.
Over the past two years, we have moved through territories, conversations and projects that invited us to look at soils and communities from different angles, not to offer definitive answers, but to better understand the challenges shaping the future of agriculture and rural landscapes.
We have learned that transformation rarely follows a straight path. Each territory has its own rhythms, tensions and ways of relating to the land. Regeneration is asking for patience, listening and authentic relationships. And even when technical solutions are available, lasting change is ultimately driven by people: farmers who dare to try new approaches, scientists who share their knowledge, and institutions willing to build new forms of collaboration.
These pages capture parts of that journey: moments when awareness around agri-food systems grew; contexts where carbon farming opened up to broader perspectives; local initiatives that reminded us of the importance of community-based work; and processes that showed why reliable data and clear narratives are essential for moving forward with purpose.
We keep working with the conviction that meaningful change emerges from gathering, collaboration and sustained commitment. We invite you to connect, to explore opportunities, and to shape new ways of caring for our landscapes together.
